Emotions – so hard to learn

I work on emotions a lot with my clients who struggle to form healthy, strong relationships with peers.  Being able to ready people’s emotions and figure out what they may be feeling and therefore planning to do is essential in relationships.  If you can’t figure out that someone is annoyed, you will keep doing what you are doing and a situation may go from bad to worse.  If you can’t identify the difference between annoyed and furious, you may end up in a sticky situation.  Here is a recap of a lesson I did with a group of mine.
